Jennifer Aniston has shared a sweet reunion with Mae Whitman, 26 years after the Good Girls star appeared on an episode of Friends as an 8-year-old child
Whitman made a guest appearance in season three episode 'The One Where Rachel Quits', playing Sarah. Sarah is no longer able to sell her Christmas cookies to potentially win a trip to space camp after Ross accidentally breaks her leg, so he pledges to help her out following the accident.
Aniston and Whitman were reunited when they both appeared on Live With Kelly and Ryan.
The show's Instagram account featured a sweet behind-the-scenes clip of the two meeting again, with Whitman thanking Aniston for how kind she was to her on the Friends set.

In the clip, Whitman tells Aniston: "I just wanted to say hi because you were so kind to me. It's my favourite show, and you really made me feel like I was a part of the cast.
"You were so kind and you hugged me. Thank you. It's always stayed with me. It's so nice to see you. You're amazing," she adds, hugging her.
During her appearance on the show, Whitman told hosts Ryan Seacrest and Kelly Ripa: "I was eight years old, I think, and I got a call that I was cast on Friends, and it was my favourite show at the time.

"I remember Jen was so kind to me, she made me feel like I was part of the cast and she took such good care of me, and I wept hysterically when I wrapped. And I made her a Christmas ornament with her name on it.
"That was the first time I've seen her. That was a big reunion," she added. "That felt amazing to see her. She's so cool. Such a cool person. The universe has its ways."
Friends streams on Netflix in the UK, where it also airs daily on Comedy Central. In the US, you can stream the show on HBO Max.
