Friends' Trip Goes Awry as Jeep Slides Off Snow-Covered Road

A friends’ road trip to Montana’s Big Belt Mountains went awry on January 14, when one of their vehicle’s slid off a road in snowy conditions.

Richard Moore was travelling with three others when his friend, who was “new to four-wheeling”, he said, drove her jeep off a snow-covered road outside Great Falls Mountain.

Moore’s footage shows the friends helping to recover the vehicle from the ditch. “Luckily she did not role the jeep,” Moore said.

“It was pretty scary seeing her slide off the road. She was OK and no damage to her jeep. This is the first time anyone went off the road,” Moore told Storyful. Credit: Richard Moore via Storyful
