A football fan has been left fuming after paying nearly £30 for a ticket that left him unable to see a moment of the game. Fulham fan fan Will Brooks has taken to X to complain about his view after purchasing a £28 ticket to the match against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday (November 9) - which Fulham won convincingly 2-0.

Will shared a video taken from his 'severely restricted view' seat at the South London stadium, which shows the view blocked by a large metal pillar. The pole seems to completely obscure the pitch, meaning that anyone sat in the seat would be completely unable to see what's going on.

Will said: "This is a ‘Severely Restricted View’ at Crystal Palace. ‘Severely’ is an understatement. At least three seats should not be sold, let alone at full price with no reduction."

One person agreed with Will, saying: "Glad that you guys moved a bit towards the front/next to the pillar for the second half, hope you had a better view! But fully agree, shouldn’t be sold."

However, others were less sympathetic. One person said: "It’s literally in the name of the ticket and you were aware of it when you bought it."

Another wrote: "How dare they restrict your view in the severely restricted view seat???" And a third commented: "I wish I had that view." MyLondon has contacted Crystal Palace FC for a response to these claims.
