Full list of Homebase stores at risk of closure in South West

About 50 Homebase stores are at risk of closure across the UK, including some potentially in the South West region. Recent reports have confirmed that 49 stores are at risk with around 2,000 workers facing cuts.

All 130 branches of the retailer had faced closure until retail mogul Chris Dawson rescued the company. His company CDS Superstores, owner of The Range and Wilko, has acquired the Homebase brand name.

He has also acquired up to 70 of its UK stores, saving more than a thousand jobs. They will eventually be turned into The Range stores.
