Footage uploaded to Instagram by Jason Owen shows Bournemouth beach littered with trash on Tuesday morning. Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council tweeted on Tuesday that council staff had been cleaning the beach since the early hours of the morning, appealing to visitors: “Don’t leave your litter. Put in a bin or take your litter home with you.”
