Garrison man arrested for inappropriately touching juvenile, officials say

NACOGDOCHES COUNTY, Texas (KETK) – The Nacogdoches County Sheriff’s Office said that they arrested a 48-year-old Garrison man after he allegedly inappropriately touched a juvenile.

The man was brought to sheriff’s office investigators attention after a girl said he made “overtly sexual gestures and advances towards her” at least three times, at his residence in the 200 block of County Road 128.

Cedric Johnson, 48 of Garrison, was arrested after investigators obtained three warrants following their interviews with the victim.

Johnson, a registered sex offender, was arrested without incident at his home and is being held at the Nacogdoches County Jail for three charges of indecency with a child, sexual contact.

He’s being held on a total bond of $150,000.
