Page, 43, already hosts the Sunday morning show on Radio Wales.
She said: “I absolutely love Christmas and I’ve been having a fantastic time doing my show on BBC Radio Wales, so when it came up that we could do a Christmas day show I knew that if there was anybody I’d want to share that with, it’s Mat. I love working with him, he’s so much fun."
Horne, 42, added: “I jumped at the chance to do this show with Jo. I love working with Jo, I love Wales and I love doing radio.
“Christmas Day is a special day and, particularly this year, it’s been very challenging for a lot of people, so it’s nice to feel like we might be bringing a little bit of joy.”
Lamb and Steadman play Gavin’s parents Mick and Pam, while Walters plans Stacey’s mum Gwen.
They will also be joined on the show by Steffan Rhodri, who plays Dave Coaches, Robert Wilfort, who plays Stacey’s brother Jason and Laura Aikman who made her debut in last year’s Christmas Special as Smithy’s new girlfriend Sonia.
Gavin and Stacey – written by Corden and Ruth Jones, who plays Stacey’s best friend Nessa – returned to TV last Christmas Day, 10 years after the last series aired, for a one-off special.

The episode ended on a cliffhanger after Smithy (Corden) proposed to Nessa.
Jones, 54, and Corden, 42 – who lives in Los Angeles where he hosts The Late, Late Show – have been under pressure from fans to write a follow-up special, but have insisted they have no plans to.
The pair were in contact over video chat during lockdown at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic, but Jones has denied rumours they were working on more Gavin and Stacey.
She said: “I wish I could say yes but James and I love to write together in the same room. It is not possible at the moment with him in America, and there are not any plans but who knows?"
The show also stars Rob Brydon as Stacey’s Uncle Bryn.
