The Great Celebrity Bake Off for Stand Up To Cancer continued with its second episode tonight (March 13) and it was a joy to watch.

While Diversity dancer Perri Kiely impressed with his baking and his backflips, earning him the Star Baker apron, Countdown host Nick Hewer had an absolute nightmare in the tent as he utterly failed in a number of bakes.

But, of course, the only reason these celebrities are baking in the first place is to raise awareness of Stand Up To Cancer and encourage donations to the charity too, which they managed to do tonight in large part due to a very moving short film about 11-year-old cancer patient Eve.

Bake Off played the full clip of Eve's story during tonight's show, highlighting her battle with the illness after she was diagnosed with a rare form of bone cancer in 2015 and following Eve and her family talking openly and honestly about her treatment and their experiences of her illness.

That alone was poignant enough to move viewers to tears, but then the end of the clip revealed that Eve passed away from her cancer in June 2017, and it wasn't long before the hugely emotional film became a big talking point for viewers โ€“ and rightly so, too:
