Gemma Collins says she is so stressed out by reports about her alleged ‘diva’ behaviour on Dancing on Ice that she is suffering from adverse physical effects.

Speaking to The Sun, the 37-year-old said she had never experienced the same level of anguish as when she starred in The Only Way is Essex and that she is having nightmares about her ‘teeth falling out.’

“In the eight years since starting on TOWIE I have never had what has happened to me this week.

“I have had nightmares, I have had non-stop dreams about my teeth falling out and when I googled it said it was stress related,” Collins told the tabloid.

She went on to say she was now terrified someone will break into her house, and that she has even had to have a cyst removed from her shoulder.

“I have woken up terrified thinking someone was in my house and screaming in the middle of the night.

“I even had a huge cyst removed off my shoulder last week that the doctor said was down to stress. This show has become blade wars,” she continued.

Collins added that people forget she’s a real person, and she is especially sad that her dance partner Matt Evers has had to suffer as a result of the stories surrounding her ‘diva’ demands.

“People do not realise that I am human and there is only so much I can take, I am quite happy to laugh all the diva stuff off and it’s funny and it’s part of the GC.

“The one person who don’t deserve it is Matt because he works so hard but the severity of it all is I can’t sleep now because I’m having nightmares,” she said.

She also told Lorraine on Friday morning that she had vomited on the ice as a result of the stress.

“Yesterday on the ice I was throwing up and there was lots of tears. my family are all obviously very distressed, it’s been endless pain,” she told Lorraine Kelly.

Just two weeks into this year’s Dancing on Ice, Collins was reportedly late to rehearsals and left the second live episode early because she was ‘bored.’

DOI hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby responded to the reports by saying she was ‘unprofessional’ and Willoughby calling her ‘naughty Gemma.’

Dancing on Ice continues on ITV Sunday at 6pm.
