General Election hustings to be held at Gloucester Cathedral

Gloucester Cathedral is set to host the hustings for the upcoming General Election, where parties and independent candidates standing for Gloucester constituency have been invited to participate. The people of Gloucester are invited to attend and submit questions to the candidates who are running in the lection and share in the opportunity to help decided the future of the constituency of the city.

The hustings will be held in The Chapter House on Monday, June 24 at 7.30pm, and those who would like to submit a question are asked to arrive to the Cathedral by 6.45pm. The husting is being co-chaired by the Very Revered Andrew Zihni, Dean of Gloucester, and Revered Canon Nikki Arthy, the City Rector.

Submitted questions will be read out by the Chairs during the debate. Seating for the public will be allocated on a first-come, first served basis.
