Georgia Steel reportedly met with Celebs Go Dating bosses just a day after she split from Love Island boyfriend Sam Bird.

The reality star couple, who have been inseparable since meeting in the villa, put on a united front at the ITV Palooza last week but a “devastated” Bird announced the sad news they had split just hours later.

According to reports, Steel sat down for a meeting with bosses from the dating show a day after ending her three-month relationship.

A source told the Sun: “Georgia is in the mix for the next series of Celebs Go Dating. She met with bosses just a day after her romance with Sam ended, which will definitely come as a shock to him.

“Celebs is a show Georgia would love to do especially now she’s back on the market – she didn’t think twice before meeting producers.

“She is just the type of character they look to have on the show; she’s flirty, cheeky and doesn’t hold back on what she has to say.”

Standard Online has contacted representatives of Steel and Celebs Go Dating for comment.

The news comes after the 21-year-old Steel was forced to respond to reports accusing her of not being a ‘loyal babe’ and having a fling with her manager Steven West.

However, Steel later blasted Bird for “creating an imaginary scenario” after he claimed her ex-boyfriend was the reason behind their split.

Steel and Bird called time on their relationship on Thursday, weeks after they set up home together following their summer stint on Love Island.

“Devastated” Bird shut down reports Steel had cheated with her manager Steven West, instead suggesting her ex was involved.

Steel has since slammed the claim, accusing Bird of searching through her phone and mistaking “banter” for her being unfaithful.
