Geri Horner is pregnant

Massive congratulations to former Spice Girl Geri Horner, who has confirmed that she is pregnant with her second child.

Geri is already mum to 10-year-old daughter Bluebell from a previous relationship but this is her first child with her husband, Christian Horner.

A spokesperson for the singer shared: “Geri and Christian are absolutely delighted to announce they are expecting their first child together.

“The couple are overjoyed with the good news and cannot wait to welcome the newest addition to their family.”

Cheeky Geri couldn’t resist referencing her single ‘It’s Raining Men’ as she took to Instagram to confirm the happy news, sharing a sketch of a heavily pregnant woman alongside the caption: “God bless Mother Nature #mamaspice”.

Geri and Christian tied the knot last year and the star previously referred to her husband as her “best friend”, gushing: “My husband is my best friend. He knows me inside out, I don’t edit myself with him.

“It was a big learning curve.”

Geri also admitted that she and Christian – who is father to three-year-old Olivia from a past relationship – were thinking about expanding their family, revealing: “If it happens it happens and that will be amazing. But we are already blessed with two girls.

“We might think about adoption but to be honest, we know we are so lucky and so happy with things as they are, you have to realise when not to push your luck.”
