Gigi Hadid Shares Romantic SnapChat Message After Claims She’s Split From Zayn Malik

In another shocking celebrity split, Gigi Hadid and Zayn have reportedly called time on their relationship – pass the tissues, please.

The stunning supermodel, 21, and the former One Direction star, 23, have been giving us all serious relationship goals for the last seven months, but now it’s over.

The young Hollywood couple’s high-profile relationship has been in the spotlight, with Zayn featuring Gigi in the video for his debut single ‘Pillowtalk’, the pair posing for a beautiful Vogue photo-shoot and attending the star-studded Met Gala together – not to mention, all of their adorable selfies!

However, reports now claim that there have been some rough patches within the relationship for a while now, according to E! News.

Even though the reason for their split is unknown, a source revealed to the news outlet that trouble had been on the horizon, admitting: “During her birthday they were fighting.”

Before adding that the couple has “broken up and got back together a few times.”

Another chapter in the Zigi love story may be written yet, though, as another insider confirmed the breakup, but also revealed that there could be a possible reconciliation in the near future.

“Zayn and Gigi did break up, but they can likely get back together tomorrow. It’s all very unclear what’s going on between them now. They been having some issues lately that involved communication and getting along,” they explained to E!

Adding: “Gigi is really sad about this, though, and in a way would like to work it out. It’s more about that constant contact with Zayn that she misses and they did get very close.”

In a slight turn of events, Gigi has taken to SnapChat to share a romantically fuelled message.

She posted a photo featuring a card with a picture of a T-shirt with a heart on its sleeve, which read: “I know it’s obvious, but I love you.”

Is this sweet message aimed towards her ex-boyfriend, Zayn, or her heartbroken BFF, Taylor Swift, who recently split from Calvin Harris? Only time will tell…
