Gigi Hadid Wears Gorgeous Diamond “Mama” Necklace After Giving Birth to Her First Child

After an incredibly glamorous pregnancy filled with photo shoots, couture fashion shows, and giant bagel-shaped cakes, Gigi Hadid gave birth to her first child – a new baby girl.

Now, when normal people have babies, they get gifts like animal-printed burp rags and jumbo packs of diapers, but celebrity gift-giving is on a whoooole other level. Gigi has already received an entire Neiman Marcus worth of luxury baby goods, including designer onesies, endless bouquets of flowers, and a blanket handmade by Taylor Swift (casual).

On Instagram Stories, she showed off her latest present: a dazzling, diamond-encrusted necklace that reads "mama."

The little sparkler is a present from jewelry designer Jacquie Aiche and judging by their other designs, is probably worth upwards of $5k (again, casual). Though the chain is $$$, Gigi's pregnancy style has been super casual, keeping it mostly to simple crop tops and comfy pajamas. She continued that vibe, wearing the chain with her favorite pregnancy shirt, a roomy pink button up she's had on repeat for months now.

Anyway, let this serve as a reminder that only days after birthing a literal human, Gigi Hadid is still chicer than all of us.
