Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik welcome baby girl
Gigi Hadid and Zayn Malik have welcomed a baby girl.
The new mother confirmed the news on Instagram, revealing that their new arrival entered the world a few days ago, over the weekend. She shared a partially obscured black and white picture of the baby wrapped up in a blanket, with her hand grasping hold of Malik's thumb.
"Our girl joined us earth-side this weekend and she's already changed our world," wrote Hadid. "So in love."

The new father shared a similar image on Twitter, confirming that their "baby girl is here, healthy and beautiful".
He added: "To try put into words how I am feeling right now would be an impossible task. The love I feel for this tiny human is beyond my understanding. Grateful to know her, proud to call her mine, and thankful for the life we will have together."

Their famous fans immediately began commenting on the posts, sharing their congratulations, including Hailey Bieber, Emily Ratajkowski, Riccardo Tisci and Yara Shahidi.
Hadid confirmed that she was expecting during an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon back in April. The couple have been dating on and off since 2015.
The 25-year-old model shared a series of pregnancy portraits throughout the later stages of her pregnancy, celebrating her growing bump.
She wrote on Instagram that she was "cherishing this time" and thanked fans for "all the love and well wishes".

The announcement came just hours after Malik shared a first preview of his new music - his first since 2018 album Icarus Falls, reports the BBC. He tweeted a short snippet of new track "Better", revealing that the rest would be released on Friday.
