Yahoo News Gilmore Girls fans, you can soon buy Luke's coffee
It's a dream come true: Gilmore Girls fans will be able to start their mornings just like Lorelai with a fresh cup (or two, or ten) of coffee straight from Luke's Diner.
The success of a string of pop-up diners to promote Gilmore Girls' Netflix revival last year has inspired the actual Luke actor Scott Patterson to launch his own signature brand of coffee.
Okay, so this coffee brand won't actually be officially affiliated the show (it's actually called Scotty P's Big Mug Coffee) but we're certain Scott will infuse it will Luke's signature grumpy charm.
"We're almost ready to launch, but we want to have our ducks in a row before we come out with it," the actor revealed to WealthManagement.com. "Quality coffee is something that I am obsessed with.
"It's the thing I look forward to every morning and throughout the day and throughout the evening and now throughout the middle of the night."
Maybe Scott can double as a barista on the next series of Gilmore Girls on Netflix? Lauren Graham recently hinted that there may be more in the works.
"Would I do it on Netflix again? Sure," she said. "But there are people that have better objectivity than I with saying what is best for the show. "You could never please everybody... we would just want to make sure it could be pleasing."
We're sure a few free cups of Scotty P's Big Mug Coffee can bring everyone together in Stars Hollow once more.
