Gino D’Acampo stole the spotlight from Phillip Schofield by sharing a video message that contained a cheeky reflection.

Lorraine Kelly surprised This Morning presenter Scofield with a special celebration show to mark 40 years of his TV career and played video tributes from many of his colleagues past and present.

Italian chef D'Acampo, 45, sent a video selfie message from holiday standing in front of a glass door that was reflecting him from behind — revealing him to be naked from the waist down.

It is unclear if Schofield, 59, had spotted the X-rated reflection but he told Kelly: "He is such an incredibly clever man.

"I always think it's really amazing if you can be very funny and use language, and he's being funny in another language. He's saying words that sound Italian, but they're filthy. And he knows!"

Kelly laughed: "He knows exactly what he is doing. And he knows you're going to giggle your head off which is funny."

D'Acampo told Schofield in his message: "What can I say? 40 years of television. You are the original god.
