The tour began in Dublin on May 17 and, just as the girls promised, the performances have featured several moments to honour Sarah, including a video montage to s soundtrack of 2006 single Whole Lotta History and Sarah's "Here I am walking primrose" line staying in The Promise.

Fans in the likes of Belfast and Manchester have been flocking to see Girls Aloud over the last week and on May 31, the Brit winners will descend on the Utilita Arena, for the first of three shows. A Ticketmaster flash sale has made tickets available for 50% off in recent days, meaning that there will be packed crowds to greet the girls on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

The Girls Aloud setlist includes all the classics like Sound of the Underground, Something Kinda Ooh and Call The Shots, but the music doesn't start there as there will be a warm up act at each of the gigs.

The support for each of the shows so far has been DJ Theo but, given that he is on the line-up for Mighty Hoopla in London this weekend, he will be missing for two of the Newcastle concerts, but will be there on Friday.

The DJ for Sunday has yet to be revealed but it has been confirmed that on Saturday, June 1, fans will be treated to a warm up set from DJ Dallyn, famous for being a resident at Hunset and Silly B*tch Disco events across the country.

The DJ sets on each of the evenings in Newcastle will begin at 7.30pm, with Girls Aloud due on stage at 8.45pm on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. The identity of the DJs for May 31 and June 2 are set to be revealed on social media on the day of each show.
