Who is GK Barry? I'm a Celeb 2024 on ITV to include Cambridge-born star
I'm a Celebrity is set to return to screens this weekend. The reality series is set to air on ITV1 from Sunday, November 17.
Among the celebrities in Australia for this year's competition are Coleen Rooney, X-factor judge Tulisa and Coronation Street's Alan Halsall. Ant and Dec will be presenting the programme, while Sam Thompson, Joel Dommett and Kemi Rodgers will host the new I’m A Celebrity: Unpacked on ITV2.

Who is GK Barry?
GK Barry is an influencer and internet personality known for her work on TikTok. Born Grace Eleanor Keeling, the 25-year-old first came to online prominence in 2020 for her lifestyle videos on the social media platform.
She chose the username GK Barry as she initially did not want her real name to become public knowledge. The Barry part of her professional name comes from the surname of a friend.
In 2022 she started hosting the Saving Grace Podcast. She has since gone on to tour the Saving Grace Podcast around the country.
Barry studied Film Studies at Nottingham Trent University. She has previously appeared on other shows including The Weakest Link and as a panellist on Loose Women.
How old is GK Barry and what is her link to Cambridge?
GK Barry was born on August 25 1999. This means she is 25-years-old as of the time of writing (November 13 2024). The I'm a Celeb contestant was born in Cambridge.
She did not live in the city for very long however. She moved to the British Virgin Islands in the Caribbean at just two-years-old with her family.
Barry then returned to the UK at the age of eight before moving to Nottingham. She went on to study in that city.
What does GK Barry fear most about I'm a Celeb?
Speaking to the Press Association, she said: "I haven’t slept in a month. I am scared of the trials and I am genuinely scared of everything. The eating trial to me is the worst thing you can do to a human being.
“You also don’t know who you are going to click with either but hopefully after the first week, I will settle in nicely.”
