Who is GK Barry on I'm A Celebrity? Star voted by ITV viewers to do trial
She might be one of the favourites to win the show and featured heavily in Sunday's launch episode, but some I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here viewers claim to have never heard of GK Barry.
Having first been put forward for the show by fans two years ago and ending up talking to Ant and Dec on an Instagram live, GK is now on the line-up for the new series of the ITV show, which will launch with a bumper episode on Sunday night. The I'm A Celebrity 2024 line-up also includes Coleen Rooney, who is rumoured to be getting a £1.5m pay cheque, Loose Women's Jane Moore and Danny Jones, with the McFly star the early favourite to win with the bookies.
GK landed in Australia at the start of last week, ahead of going into the jungle along with her co-stars and, on landing at Brisbane Airport, told waiting reporters that she'd had 'the flight from hell' and had downed a bottle of wine, as she playfully tried to throw them off the scent, by claiming she had headed Down Under for 'a retreat.'

At the time of writing, GK had pulled ahead of most of her rivals to be clear second favourite to win, creeping closer to frontrunner Danny and she'll be in the spotlight on Monday night's I'm A Celebrity, having been chosen by viewers at home to do the Vile Volcano trial.
