Glasgow city centre assault and robbery probed as police release CCTV of woman
Police have released an image of a woman they want to speak to after an alleged assault and robbery in Glasgow city centre.
The incident occurred at St Enoch Square on Monday, October 28, around 1.30pm. Detectives said they believe the woman "could assist them" with ongoing enquiries into the incident. The woman is pictured wearing a yellow hoodie and is wearing her dark hair in a tight bun.
Police appealed to the woman herself to get in touch, as well as anyone who recognises the woman or has information about the incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "I would urge the woman pictured or anyone who may recognise her to contact us. If you have any information about this incident, please get in touch as soon as possible.
"Anyone who can assist is asked to contact Police Scotland via 101, quoting incident number 2294 of 28 October, 2024. Alternatively, you can contact Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 where information can be given anonymously."
