Glasgow cops release CCTV of man in connection with alleged robbery assaults

Police in Glasgow have released CCTV of a man wanted in connection with two alleged assaults with intent to rob in Calton.

Officers say the incidents occurred on Bellgrove Street and Tobago Street between 10.10pm and 10.30pm on Thursday, July 11.

Detectives are now asking for the public's help in tracing the male in connection with the alleged attacks.

The male is described as being Eastern European, aged in his 30s with black hair. He was last seen wearing a black hooded top with a patch on the left sleeve, a white t-shirt, dark trousers and grey coloured shoes.

Detective Constable Robert Carrigan said: "I would urge the male pictured or anyone who may recognise them to contact us. If you have any information about these incidents, please get in touch as soon as possible”.
