Glasgow institution The Garage is turning the clock back this weekend for a night dedicated to the over 30s.

Packed with fun, the event is targetted for an older crowd with an early finish meaning you can still enjoy a night out with a boogie at a club but get home at a decent time.

Taking place on Saturday, June 8, the Overs night will run from 6 pm until 10, with DJs from back in the day and the chance to "relive your youth in the club that you ended up at every night".

The team added that there will be a Bouncy Castle, all the biggest tunes from the 90s & 00s, and free entry to the club after if you want to stay out a little longer.

Excited to be taking charge of the tunes on the night top DJ Nicola Walker said: “The Garage nightclub is now in its 30th year and has become an institution in the Glasgow nightlife scene.

"Having worked there for most of them, the Garage Overs is set to be a real party and celebration for all the customers who have ventured up the iconic stairs over the years!

“I’m really excited to see some old familiar faces and I’ll be playing all the Garage’s greatest hits from across the decades! It’s an opportunity to relive your youth and show the younger generation how we liked to party back in the day!”

Nicola added that the event starts at 6 pm and there are tickets will be available on the door for those that can find a last-minute baby sitter.

You can also buy tickets ahead of time from the website.
