Glasgow kids soft play in west end hits the market in 'rare opportunity'

A west end soft play has hit the market for £125,000 in a 'rare opportunity' to own a 'unique and thriving' business.

Bubbles Soft Play Centre & Party Venue, on Gardner Street, has been placed on the market after a change in the owners circumstances.

The custom built toddler and children's soft play features a cafe with a professional kitchen and a private function area. An advert describes the sale as a unique and rare opportunity and say that the business is currently making around £5,000 in sales per week.

It reads: "Bubbles Soft Play Centre & Party Venue is an established custom built toddler and childrens soft play and events business which enjoys regular all year round trade from customers. The unique offering is reflective of the success of the business and, in turn, benefits from high levels of repeat custom from locals.

"The business is currently generating £5,000 per week in sales and trades Monday to Sunday from 9:30am to 6pm. There are 4 full time staff members employed and 2 part time. The operators have decided to sell the business due to a change in circumstance, thus creating an extremely desirable opportunity to acquire a thriving, profitable business with a highly experienced team on a truly turnkey leasehold basis. Proof of sales will be made available to seriously interested parties post viewing stage.

"The property is located fronting Gardner Street close to its junction with Dumbarton Road in Glasgow's West End.
