Glasgow man rushed to hospital after broad daylight assault as police launch probe
A man has been rushed to hospital after an assault in the north of Glasgow.
The incident happened at around 4.45pm yesterday (Sunday, October 20). A 29-year-old man was assaulted on Springburn Way.
Emergency services rushed to the scene following reports of the incident. The man was taken to hospital for treatment.

Police Scotland has confirmed that enquiries into the incident are ongoing to 'establish the full circumstances'.
A spokesperson for the force said: “Around 4.45pm on Sunday, 20 October, 2024, we received a report of the assault of a 29-year-old man on Springburn Way, Glasgow.
“Emergency services attended and he was taken to hospital for treatment.
“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
