Glasgow schools urged to help children's charity on Number Day
GLASGOW schools are being encouraged to sign up to a charity’s Number Day to help more children enjoy maths.
The event, which takes place on Friday, February 3, is being fronted by TV presenter Johnny Ball and will help raise vital funds for the NSPCC.
Money raised could help the charity’s school programmes like Speak Out Stay Safe, which teaches children in an age-appropriate way to recognise the signs of abuse and speak out if something is worrying them.
