Few will have escaped the fact the iconic Glastonbury Festival is back again this year after a two-year hiatus - and this year you can watch it from the comfort of your own home.

After being forced to cancel in both 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Glastonbury Festival is back again this weekend

The music offering this year also features headliners Billie Eilish and Kendrick Lamar, with Diana Ross filling the Sunday Teatime Legends slot.

Sir Paul will then also become Glastonbury Festival’s oldest ever solo headliner when he takes to the stage this weekend, which marks exactly a week after celebrating his 80th birthday.

The festival will return with the former Beatle as its Saturday night headliner, his second time topping the Pyramid stage bill after a performance in 2004.

Sir Paul McCartney is expected to take on the Glastonbury stage on Saturday night, and you'll be able to watch it from home.

The concert will be on BBC 1 on Saturday, June 25 from 9.30pm to 11.45pm.

BBC iPlayer has also started a Glastonbury channel online, where you can watch and stream all previous performances.
