Formerly of BT Passed away on Wednesday 13th November 2024 at Richmond Village, Cheltenham. Much loved brother of Janet and uncle to Victoria, Emma, Charlotte, Sophie and Thomas and great-uncle to their children. He will be sadly missed. Of Churcham Passed peacefully away on 16th November, aged 84. Bill of The Quarry, Cam and formerly of Coaley It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Bill Cooke, former Sargent Royal Air Force, on Tuesday 19th November 2024, age 88 years. Bill was a devoted husband to his late Wife, Pat, and Father to his sons, Norman and Adrian. A cherished Pappy and a devoted Great-Grandfather, Brother and friend to many. Bill was the cornerstone of his family, whose love and kindness left an indelible mark on the generations that follow. Known for his unwavering support for those he loved most, Bill lived a life filled with care and compassion for everyone he encountered. His legacy of love and dedication will continue to inspire his family and all who were fortunate enough to know him. Retired teacher known to many from her time at The Winifred Cullis School and other schools in Gloucester and also at Northern Star/Fortis/Ageas where she later worked as an insurance clerk. (Ron) Peacefully passed away, aged 87 at Sue Ryder Hospice, Leckhampton, surrounded by his family. Husband to the late Mavis and beloved uncle to Robin, Anne and Linda, great-uncle to Bradley, Bethany, Rianne, George and Rosie. Dearly missed brother-in-law and a great friend to many, including those who spent time with him during his membership at the Caer Glow Bowling Club. Ron also treasured his time as part of the team at Dowty Rotol, Staverton. A celebration of Ron's life will take place at Gloucester Crematorium on Monday 2nd December 2024 at 10:00am.
