GMB viewers fume 'how dare you' as Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid discuss royal raid
Coverage of a masked raid on a Windsor Castle estate sparked outrage amongst Good Morning Britain viewers. Hosts Richard Madeley and Susanna Reid revealed two men reportedly stole a farm vehicle as Prince William, Princess Catherine and their three children slept nearby.
During Monday's instalment (November 18) of the ITV show, the pair revealed that thieves allegedly scaled the 6ft fence surrounding Shaw Farm on October 13. Thames Valley Police confirmed a farm vehicle and a quad bike were taken.
But the fact the 'royal raid' made headlines left many fans furious. Some questioned why other break-ins didn't receive the same attention, The Express reports.

Taking to social media, one said: "PATHETIC the way GMB are trying to make a big deal out of the 'Royal Raid' Kevin is right! It's a farm on a massive estate !! They stole farm equipment. The Royals slept through the raid because they were miles away."
A second said: "My neighbours house was broken into last month and personal items and a car stolen, it’s a s*****r when there isn’t enough police to go around isn’t it. Let me know if you want to come around with your cameras and do an interview and I will pass on their details."
A third added: "So what about all the other people that have had their properties burgled? How dare you make this out to be a big news story, when people can't even get a police investigation, talk about disrespectful to others, shame on you."
