Harvey Rodgers completed a fine turnaround as Grimsby Town secured a last-gasp 3-2 win at Carlisle United to snag their first away win since April.

Mike Williamson looked destined to earn his first home win since taking charge at Brunton Park but Lewis Cass levelled in the final 10 minutes before Rodgers’ stoppage-time header.

Sam Levelle scored for the second game running as he rose highest to head home Cameron Harper’s corner in the 12th minute.

Grimsby stopper Jake Eastwood was stretchered off following the goal.

The Mariners drew level midway through the half as Luca Barrington raced on to Denver Hume’s ball to fire in the leveller.

But Carlisle regained the lead within the blink of an eye as Archie Davies’ looping ball found Dominic Sadi, who made no mistake from close range in the 27th minute.

After the break, Harry Lewis kept himself big to deny Donovan Wilson. However, Rodgers stole the spoils with his dramatic header right at the end.
