Gogglebox star suffers embarrassing wardrobe malfunction

Gogglebox was back on screens tonight, with fans once again joining the beloved households as they reacted to a variety of fresh TV shows. Amongst the regular faces were Derby's very own Siddiqui clan, with Raza Siddiqui stealing the spotlight this time with a hilariously mortifying tale.

During a chat with his father Sid and brother Baasit, Raza got honest about a recent swim session that left him red-faced. Enquiring about how his swimming routine was going, Raza had a story to share.

He said: "So I went the other day and my bag felt kind of light. So, I did my swimming session, I went back to the changing room, put my briefs on and my T-shirt on..." That's when Raza admitted: "And I realised I didn't have any shorts! " The outcome saw him attempting to exit the pool incognito in just his briefs and T-shirt, reports the Mirror.

The rest of the Siddiqui family nearly toppled over with laughter as he added: "I had to drive home, park on the drive and then quickly run out of the car and into my house in just my pants and T-shirt!"

Gogglebox wasn't all wardrobe mishaps, however; Channel 4 also introduced their new daring dating show, Dating Naked. Hosted by Rylan Clark, viewers heard differing takes from the Goggleboxers. While Sophie Sandiford seemed to be intrigued by the concept, Mary Killen wasn't quite as impressed, dismissing it as "another excuse for people to perve".

Baasit humorously suggested that British television should create a naked version of Bake Off, dubbing it "The Great British Nake-Off". The Gogglebox stars were left speechless as they watched the contestants on the show go on their first dates completely nude.

In an exclusive interview with RadioTimes.com, Rylan confessed he was taken aback when initially approached to host the series. He shared: "The guys from Paramount Plus called me and said, 'This is something we'd like you to do,' and I was like, 'I'm sorry, what? I don't understand what you mean.' They were like, 'Yeah, they're naked, dating, and you see everything.'"
