Gogglebox Stars Chris Steed And Stephen Webb Set For Celebrity Big Brother?

Rumours about who’ll be making the Celebrity Big Brother house their home this summer are coming in thick and fast, with Gogglebox stars Chris Steed and Stephen Webb becoming the latest to have their names thrown in the mix.

Now THIS we’d love to see.

The Brighton pair, who are both engaged, have been entertaining viewers on the Channel 4 show since it started in 2013, and producers of CBB reportedly believe they’d make great viewing in the infamous Big Brother house.

A source told the Sun Online: “The show’s producers are really keen to get them on and would be happy to pay up to £500,000 to see it happen.

“Everyone’s really excited at the prospect because they are so dynamic and they already know they make great TV. They’re fan favourites and their dry humour is bound to be hilarious in the house.”

“George was a surprise hit on the show due to, amongst other things, his relationship with both Stephanie Pratt and Edele Lynch. Chris and Stephen will do just as well, if not better.”

If they do appear, there’s a chance they’d have to leave Gogglebox as George Gilbey had to when he entered the house in 2014.

Michaella McCollum, part of the ‘Peru Two’, and the ‘hijack selfie man’ are also rumoured to be in the running for the summer series.
