Fans of the Channel 4 series were left gutted recently when it was confirmed that it wouldn't be back on screens in 2020 as was previously rumoured. Now though, the duo have lifted everyone's spirits by sharing that the eagerly anticipated episodes will kick off in February 2021.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday (December 15) to announce the news, the pair – who have been a part of the show since 2014 – posted a video of themselves in front of a Christmas tree in Lee's caravan, which is regularly featured on the show.
In it, they said: "We just wanted to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.
"We'd like to thank you for supporting us and all the lovely comments you send us each week. Anyways, we'll be back in February – bye," they added, as they grinned and waved farewell to their followers.
"I don't think you both know how much joy you bring to families up and down the country," one grateful fan replied in the comments.
"Me and my mum together watch every week and have such a laugh, you bring us so much happiness. I hope you have a great Christmas and new year both of you."
"Merry Christmas to you both. Watching you both puts a smile on anyone's face, let's hope 2021 is a better year for our [world.] Take care and stay safe," another wrote.
