On Instagram Ben also shared an IGTV video of him making the cocktail, adding that he and Annie had already had seven of them.

Handing Annie the drink, Ben told her: "A bespoke cocktail that has been designed specifically for your tastebuds. Happy Valentine's Day darling!"

Ben also revealed that he named the cocktail the Marple Sparkle, in honour of his wife's Agatha Christie fandom.

Ben and Annie have been married since March 2004 and have two sons together, Sam and Jack.

Alongside presenting GMB, Ben is also the host of ITV game show Tipping Point.

Last August Ben took a break from his GMB duties to film the new socially-distanced series of Tipping Point.

Good Morning Britain airs weekdays at 6am on ITV.
