Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway offers sober James Argent a drink
Good Morning Britain's Kate Garraway found herself in a bit of an awkward situation this morning when she and co-host Richard Madeley kickstarted their Monday show with TOWIE star James Argent.
In honour of it being a Bank Holiday today (April 22), as well as the fact that this weekend has seen some beautiful (read: drinking) weather, and following on from Shadow Home Secretary Diane Abbott apologising on Twitter for drinking a can of mojito on the train, Kate and Richard cracked open a tinnie of their own.

Being a good host, Kate also offered some to their guest presenter, but what she failed to realise was that Arg has been sober since August last year, when he confirmed that he was returning to rehab to concentrate on his well-being.
"Would you like to try a bit?" Kate said, prompting Arg to quickly turn down the offer.
"Do you know what? I'm going to say no because I'm eight months clean and sober," he said.
"Oh are you?" Kate replied. "Is that a decision you've made?"
"It was a decision I made eight months ago," he confirmed. "But I'm not against [Abbott] having a good time. I was actually thinking,'Is she an Essex girl?' It's very much an Essex girl thing to do."
Kate later apologised for the mistake while Arg laughed it off and confirmed that he feels "fantastic" at the moment – and, luckily, it seems there are no hard feelings as he later shared on Twitter that he had "so much fun" presenting Good Morning Britain this morning.
