Piers Morgan and Susanna Reid have discussed their relationship while working together on Good Morning Britain.
ITV viewers will know how often the pair disagree live on air, but deep down, there's a mutual respect for one another – despite the clear irritations.
Chatting to OK! Magazine, Piers revealed: "Both us find each other vaguely irritating most of the time and barely agree. I take a hard-nosed cynical view, and Susanna always takes the nice, non-cynical view."
His co-anchor Susanna countered: "I think he winds me up even more now. We still have rows off air.
"At the moment he is quite a wind up because he has a very, very strong view on the biggest story of the moment, Meghan Markle, and of course I take a very different view on her."
Susanna and Piers' relationship is built on trust, and that's probably the recipe to their success. The former explained: "We are very honest and frank with each other and I trust him completely.
"If something isn’t right, we will discuss it in a very full and frank way."
Piers added: "You have to have that trust and you have to like and respect each other, otherwise it wouldn't work... Susanna and I could both finish each other in five minutes, but we choose not to."
Good Morning Britain airs weekdays on ITV.
