Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid admits ‘I’m guilty’ as she makes family confession
Good Morning Britain's Susanna Reid shared an insight into her family life during Monday's show. During the episode, the ITV star spoke about a college in the UK hiring tutors to help students make phone calls.
Viewers were told that making phone calls has become difficult for teenagers and the tutors would give tips on interview skills and roleplay certain scenarios.
As Susanna noticed one of their guests rolling their eyes at the prospect, she said: "Everything is online! People tend to email, text or WhatsApp. They don't speak to each other on the phone."
Andrew Pierce said: "They don't speak to each other at all! You hear stories about children in the same household texting each other in the same house! The world has gone mad."

Laughing, Susanna replied: "I'm afraid I'm guilty of that!" The Good Morning Britain host revealed she texts her children from inside her home, letting them know dinner is ready.
The idea of hiring tutors to teach people how to speak has received mixed reviews. However, Susanna praised the concept for helping people learn new skills.
She said: "See, I don't think this is a bad idea! Actually, if you are used to online, or even face-to-face, because, as you say (Kevin Maguire) teens definitely talk to each other face-to-face loudly on trains.
"I remember doing it myself, so let's not look down our noses at it. It can be intimidating to make those phone calls. Actually, they are so complicated, those phone calls, aren't they?"
The ITV star detailed how certain calls can be complex as sometimes people have to wade through certain automated requests to get to the right department.
She continued: "So, training young people in how to make an important phone call is not a bad idea."
Their guest, Kevin, admitted it's a shame not all teenagers know how to use both a keyboard and make an important phone call. He added: "If they can't, then it is better. It's getting people ready for working life.
"If people at home haven't taught them for whatever reason, then I think it's good a college is doing it. I know we can mock it, and I raise my eyebrows a little too, but it's when you stop and think about it, it makes sense."
Chiming in, Richard Madeley told the panel that according to a poll, a quarter of people between the age of 18 and 34 are terrified of answering the phone. Laughing at the statistics, Susanna replied: "Particularly if it's their mum, I've noticed!"
Good Morning Britain continues weekdays on ITV from 6am.
