Gordon Ramsay has offered A-level pupils free pizza on results day.

The celebrity chef, 53, said he wanted to do something to congratulate students as they learned their marks, and that he had only ever dreamed of getting an A-level himself.

He said people picking up their results should head to one of his eateries for “bottomless pizza on us”.
