Yahoo News Gordon Ramsay shows off ripped body in Instagram pic
In case you weren't aware, Gordon Ramsay is actually really ripped.
And if you've missed out on this joy, the sweary chef has certainly made it known in a new Instagram post from the sunny beaches of Hawaii.
Gordon posted a topless picture of himself from the other side of the world over the weekend, standing on the shore in swimming trunks as the sun sets.

The 50-year-old was there to watch the Ironman Triathlon, captioning the picture: "One of the most incredible feelings ever sat in the water on the start line minutes before the cannon goes off.
"Good luck to all the athletes taking part and a big thank you to all the supporters and helpers @iamspecialized_tri @ironmantri, let the island come to you. Best wishes and race safe. Next year I'm coming back can't wait."
Of course, Gordon has been known to bare flesh before, notably exposing his bum on Hotel Hell earlier this year – though he may have got a little carried away after pressing his behind against a shower door for all of us to see.
Far away from the golden sands of Hawaii, the chef will next be seen exploring the world of cocaine in a new two-part documentary for ITV.
Speaking of Gordon Ramsay on Cocaine, the chef explained: "I saw cocaine quite early on in my career. I've been served it. I've been given it.
"I've had my hand shaken and left with little wraps of foil in it. I've been asked to dust cocaine on top of soufflés, to put it on as icing sugar... coke's everywhere. It's spiralling out of control."
He added: "With soaring cocaine deaths in Britain and along the coke supply chain, I'm determined to understand the criminal business behind this deadly drug."
