Gordon Ramsay ridicules home cook's ‘puke’-like fish and chips: ‘Are you kidding me?'

Home chefs beware: Gordon Ramsay is on TikTok, and he’s critiquing recipes like there’s no tomorrow.

Though Ramsay joined TikTok back in January, it wasn’t until earlier this month that he started using the platform to do what he does best: tear chefs apart.

On August 1, Ramsay kicked things off by reacting to a video of Michelle, the infamous “American living in the U.K.,” as she made “British fish and chips.” (Michelle has made headlines in the past for microwaving tea water and for using untoasted white bread to make beans on toast.)

In one part of the video, Ramsay describes Michelle’s fish and chips coating as “puke.”

“What are you doing?” he then asks Michelle as she puts her coated fish in the microwave. “Are you kidding me? … You’ve never been to Britain.”

Since Ramsay is also stuck at home with nothing to do until further notice, he’s made quite a few savage videos since his first upload. So far, he’s called a video of some chefs turning “cheap steak into wagyu” “awful,” expressed his disbelief over a microwaved sweet potato mash and cringed at a chef putting his mac and cheese in bacon-wrapped bell peppers.

Of course, this isn’t the first time Ramsay’s taken to social media to roast home chefs. The “Hell’s Kitchen” host famously uses his Twitter account to make fun of homemade dishes. (Of course, it’s all in good fun!)

If you use TikTok to show off your supposed cooking skills, proceed with caution.
