The Graham Norton Show has announced a star-studded line-up for its October 23 episode.

Joining Graham will be Downton Abbey star Lily James to talk about her new movie Rebecca.

Lily stars in the new adaptation of Daphne du Maurier's 1938 novel, alongside Kristin Scott Thomas (Darkest Hour) and Armie Hammer (Call Me by Your Name). The film arrives on Netflix on October 21.

Joining Graham and Lily is Oscar winner Matthew McConaughey, who will be talking about his memoir Greenlights, as well as rock legend Bruce Springsteen and musical guest Sam Smith.

Graham returned to our screens earlier this month with a few changes under social distancing guidelines.

Speaking about the new studio set-up on Tuesday's (October 6) edition of This Morning, Graham said: "It was just so lovely being back in the studio, it's different but it's much closer to the real show and just nice to be talking to faces.

"It's a smaller audience of 100 instead of 600, and you can tell the audience were delighted to be out of the house – they were thrilled to be there! The music performance, and all those things we took for granted, now seem so precious."

The Graham Norton Show airs Friday nights at 10.45pm on BBC One.
