Gran and granddaughter TikTok sensations Jess and Norma planning special Christmas visit

A popular gran and granddaughter duo with millions of followers online are making a special appearance in a Lincolnshire town. Jess and Norma, from Nottinghamshire, have amassed more than 2.6 million followers on TikTok by sharing hilarious and heartwarming videos together of their day-to-day lives.

The pair are heading to their favourite shopping centre, Marshall's Yard in Gainsborough, for a special Christmas-themed visit on Friday, November 15. They will take centre stage at 7pm by turning on the festive lights at the shopping destination as part of the two-day 'Marshall's Yard launches Christmas' festive event on Friday and Saturday.

Jess said: "It is an absolute privilege to be asked to turn on the Christmas lights in a place that has always been so welcoming and homely, providing us with many special days and memories together as a family.''

Melissa Clement, centre manager at Marshall’s Yard, added: "We are honoured to have Jess and Norma officially switch on our festive lights. We have a great programme of entertainment planned across the two days and we want as many people in the community as possible to come and join in the fun and get into the festive spirit.

"With a fantastic line-up of live entertainment, plus food and drink stalls, and our stunning illuminations, visitors can expect a family-friendly, festive atmosphere to really kick-start the Christmas season."

Jess and Norma often visit Lincoln and Lincolnshire on their adventures. Norma was filmed just yesterday (November 13) on the duo's Instagram story trying a Doddington Hall farm shop burger, which she said was "really beautiful".
