Grant Hill writes touching post after daughter Myla wins first amateur MMA fight: 'I'm still in awe'
NBA Hall of Famer Grant Hill didn't feel focused or composed Friday night. Hill's daughter, Myla, was set for her first amateur MMA fight. Both Grant and his wife, Tamia, were anxious to watch Myla step into the ring.
They had no reason to be worried. Myla Hill won her amateur debut, defeating Jenna Loza by submission in the first round. Grant said he was "in awe" of Myla's performance.
4 days later, and I'm still in awe of my daughter Myla's performance in her first amateur MMA fight. She was focused, composed (which her mother and I were not before & during the fight), aggressive & clearly not afraid of the moment inside the octagon. #TeamMyla #ProudDad https://t.co/Dx7slboFnF
