A celebrity special of The Great British Bake Off will hit screens next month.

Made for the Stand Up To Cancer charity drive, it will feature a host of stars having their baking skills judged by Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith.

Among those taking part are comedian Russell Brand, former X-Factor star Rylan Clark-Neal, actress Michelle Keegan and presenter Caroline Flack.

They’re joined by previously announced contestants Jeremy Paxman, Hollywood actor John Lithgow, actor Russell Tovey, I’m a Celebrity winner Georgia Toffolo and Johnny Vegas.

It will kick off on Channel 4 at 8pm on March 5.

We saw the show return over Christmas and New Year for special shows in which previous winners battled it out.

The Christmas show title was taken by Jane Beedle, from the 2016 series, with the New Year contest being won by 2017 series star Steven Carter-Bailey.

As usual, Sandi Toksvig and Noel Fielding will be back on presenting duties.
