Greater Anglia offering cheaper tickets for Black Friday

Greater Anglia has announced Black Friday offers for cheaper rail tickets. Passengers have to sign up to the newsletter get them, it's advised.

Pop your name on the mailing list by Thursday, November 28. A special email will then be delivered to the inboxes of those signed up on Black Friday (November 29) that will contain a discount code for use on selected tickets.

In a press release, Greater Anglia said: "The bespoke discount code will be valid to use on selected advance and off-peak fares on journeys to/from London Liverpool Street, including London Liverpool Street to Cambridge, Ipswich to London Liverpool Street, and Chelmsford to London Liverpool Street. The discounted tickets will be available to purchase between November 29 and 23.59 on December 13, for journeys between November 30, 2024 and January 31, 2025."

Martin Moran, Commercial Director, Greater Anglia, said: “Travelling by train is cheaper than you think, and Greater Anglia’s Black Friday offer means people can travel for even less. There is so much to see and do in our region and whether it’s a trip to the city or coast, shopping or sightseeing, we are giving people more money to spend on having a great time by helping them save money on their train fare.”
