Greater Manchester is set to see soaring temperatures over the next week as we move into the summer months - but not before some chilly spells first.

We've had a warm but rainy start to June, with wet weather across the region set to continue into this week. Temperatures also look to dip a little, hovering around 15C until the weekend.

We can expect to see even more showers over the next week, with some overcast conditions that feel less than summery, according to forecasters.
