Gregg Wallace issues NEW bizarre Instagram message after allegations and BBC MasterChef exit
Gregg Wallace has shared a bizarre new Instagram message as a fresh slew of allegations emerge. The BBC MasterChef host has issued a fresh update via his social media account as more and more allegations flood in against him from a variety of sources.
Wallace, who is one of two judges used by the programme alongside John Torode, has since posted a picture of a gingerbread man in what appears to be whipped cream. His bizarre Instagram story was accompanied by the words "enjoy your weekend".
Wallace has been accused of “highly inappropriate” behaviour including making “lesbian jokes constantly”, regularly discussing spanking and threesomes, and making sexually explicit comments while filming programmes, multiple sources have said.

In the hours after the news, Wallace, who has presented the BBC One cooking show alongside Torode since 2005, thanked his supporters in a video on Instagram, in which he said: “I would like to thank all the people getting in touch, reaching out and showing their support. It’s good of you – thank you very much.”
On Thursday MasterChef’s production company, Banijay UK, said it had launched an investigation after the BBC received complaints about Wallace’s behaviour and said the 60-year-old was “committed to fully cooperating throughout the process”.
A spokesperson said: "While this review is underway, Gregg Wallace will be stepping away from his role on MasterChef and is committed to fully cooperating throughout the process. Banijay UK’s duty of care to staff is always a priority and our expectations regarding behaviour are made clear to both cast and crew on all productions, with multiple ways of raising concerns, including anonymously, clearly promoted on set.
"Whilst these are historical allegations, incidences brought to our attention where these expectations are not met, are thoroughly investigated and addressed appropriately." A BBC spokesman added: “We take any issues that are raised with us seriously and we have robust processes in place to deal with them. We are always clear that any behaviour which falls below the standards expected by the BBC will not be tolerated."
