'We grew year's worth of veggies in our back garden – the amount left us mind-blown
With just a few weeks left of home gardening, one family revealed what a year of growing really looks like.
It's no secret growing your own fruit and vegetables can be a difficult task, especially if your produce just keeps dying on you. But many experts in the past shared their advice online which can help green-thumbed Brits tackle it on their own.
Now in a post on TikTok, one family grew one year's worth of garden grocery in their backyard – and the results were truly mind-blowing. User @plantedinthegarden, who has 1million followers, shared the incredible stash in a now-viral post.

The caption read: "Dig in and start your own garden grocery journey! Growing a year's worth of food requires careful planning and efficient use of space. Maximising garden space by interplanting and growing vertically can help fit more crops in a small areas.

Above the video, it read: "We grew one year's worth of garden grocery in our backyard and this is what we got." The video showed piles of radish, aubergine and garlic, as well as other produce.
There were also a lot of peas, potatoes and fresh plums grown. As for tomatoes and peppers, that was a huge pile too. Watching the mouth-watering amount of fruit and vegetables, the person wrote: "Oh my God."
The video scooped 436,000 likes and nearly 3,000 comments since it was shared. One said: "The colours of the beautiful foods are picture perfect." And another added: "Will always be my dream to have a garden full of veggies."
