Group of men 'carrying weapons' reportedly involved in Leicester fight
A fight with a group of men reportedly “carrying weapons” took place in Leicester. Investigations have led officers to appeal for witnesses following the incident which took place on Monday evening (September 30).
Leicestershire Police said the incident took place in the Thurcaston Road area of Mowmacre Hill. It happened at around 5pm according to police.
Officers said that up to eight men are believed to have been involved in the fight. It is claimed that some of the men were carrying weapons during the fight.

No one has reported being injured, the force added. Now today (Tuesday, October 1), Leicestershire Police said that a “number of people witnessed what happened” and is urging them to get in touch.
