Yahoo News Guardians 2's second trailer is coming TODAY
Marvel Studios has a lot of films coming this year, but the first will be Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2.
And today will see the latest trailer for James Gunn's follow-up to his surprise 2014 hit. It will premiere on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight.
The film continues the adventures of Star-Lord (Chris Pratt) and his misfit team of Gamora (Zoe Saldana), Drax (Dave Bautista), Rocket Raccoon (Bradley Cooper) and Groot (Vin Diesel).
The teaser shows Karen Gillan's Nebula sat with the Guardians around the fire – more evidence that she will bury the hatchet with her adopted sister Gamora in the film, ahead of her role in Avengers: Infinity War.
Michael Rooker will also be returning for the sequel alongside newcomers Pom Klementieff, Elizabeth Debicki, Chris Sullivan, Sean Gunn, Sylvester Stallone and Kurt Russell.
In Guardians 2, the team will be on the run after stealing from Debicki's Ayesha, leader of a golden race of aliens called the Sovereign.
They will also finally unravel the mystery of Star-Lord's alien father.
Pratt will be a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live, which airs tonight (February 28) at 11.35pm ET (March 1, 4.35am UK time).
Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 will be released on April 28 in the UK and on May 5 in the US.
